Группа компаний «Астэк-МТ» — один из ведущих игроков на российском производственном рынке. Каждый год мы с уверенностью движемся вперед, развивая инновационные решения, укрепляя партнерские отношения и открывая новые перспективы для роста.
С радостью подводим итоги минувшего года и делимся с вами нашими значимыми достижениями. Одним из самых впечатляющих событий стала установка 6-ой прессовой линии с усилием 4000 тонн, не имеющей аналогов в России. Благодаря её конструкции мы смогли увеличить производственные мощности и расширить ассортимент профилей, которые теперь имеют диаметр до 380 мм. Запуск данного комплекса позволил нам войти в ТОП 3 ведущих производителей алюминиевого профиля в Российской Федерации.
Немаловажной стала установка нового прессового комплекса с усилием 1100 тонн, позволив улучшить скорость работы и качество выпускаемой продукции. Были произведены пусконаладочные работы линии полимерно-порошкового окрашивания алюминиевых профилей немецкой компании VAGNER. Мы успешно завершили модернизацию матричного цеха, установили современную автоматическую линию для закатки термомостов. В цехе экструзии внедрили автоматическое оптическое измерительное устройство PIXERA PAL 300 PRO. Также на газотурбинной станции была установлена новая основная силовая установка, что улучшило надежность и стабильность работы.
В 2024 году был создан новый сегмент архитектурных профильных систем мирового уровня — KRAUSS PREMIUM. Эта линейка была разработана специально для работы с объектами бизнес-класса, что открывает новые горизонты для развития компании.
В прошедшем году мы активно заявляли о себе на масштабных мероприятиях, таких как архитектурный фестиваль «ЗОДЧЕСТВО 2024», выставка YugBuild, Международный конгресс молодых архитекторов и дизайнеров, Фасадный конгресс FACADES OF RUSSIA и форум «ГОРОД. ЧЕЛОВЕК. БУДУЩЕЕ», организованный при поддержке Forbes. Наша команда принимала участие в обсуждениях современных тенденций архитектуры и строительства, демонстрировала свои достижения и знакомилась с передовыми инновациями в сфере недвижимости.
Съезд дилеров алюминиевых профильных систем KRAUSS, собравший представителей из 25 регионов Российской Федерации, стал важным событием, на котором обсуждались перспективы сотрудничества, планы на будущее и актуальные особенности рынка. Мероприятие стало отличной площадкой для укрепления партнёрских отношений и обмена опытом.

We are happy to summarize the results of the past year and share with you our significant achievements. One of the most impressive events was the installation of the 6th pressing line with a force of 4,000 tons, which has no analogues in Russia. Thanks to its design, we were able to increase production capacity and expand the range of profiles, which now have a diameter of up to 380 mm. The launch of this complex allowed us to enter the TOP 3 leading manufacturers of aluminum profiles in the Russian Federation.
The installation of a new pressing complex with a force of 1,100 tons was also important, which made it possible to improve the speed of work and the quality of products. The commissioning of the polymer powder coating line for aluminum profiles of the German company VAGNER was carried out. We have successfully completed the modernization of the matrix workshop, installed a modern automatic line for rolling up thermal bridges. The PIXERA PAL 300 PRO automatic optical measuring device was introduced in the extrusion shop. A new main power plant was also installed at the gas turbine plant, which improved reliability and stability.
In 2024, a new segment of world—class architectural profile systems was created - KRAUSS PREMIUM. This line was designed specifically for working with business-class facilities, which opens up new horizons for the company's development.
Last year, we actively declared ourselves at large-scale events such as the architecture festival "ARCHITECTURE 2024", the YugBuild exhibition, the International Congress of Young Architects and Designers, the FACADES OF RUSSIA Facade Congress and the CITY Forum. human. THE FUTURE", organized with the support of Forbes. Our team took part in discussions of current trends in architecture and construction, demonstrated their achievements and got acquainted with advanced real estate innovations.
